How to get help
Contact your department or organisation administrator first. They can help with access, rota questions, and local operational policy.
For platform or technical issues, your administrator may escalate to your organisation's TeamFlow support contact.
What to include in a support request
- Your name and role (avoid including unnecessary personal data).
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- When the issue occurred (date and approximate time).
- Device and browser (for example iPhone Safari or Android Chrome).
- Any error message shown on screen.
Screenshots and privacy
If you share screenshots, avoid including patient data, full rota details for other staff, or other sensitive information where possible. Crop or blur content that is not needed to explain the issue.
